Job Desription:
· Perform Visual and Dimensional Inspection
· Review of material mill test certificates and verification of raw materials and welding consumables.
· Select test samples and witness mechanical testing at SAC Accredited lab. Perform fit-up inspection and monitor all stages of welding
· Reinstatement of various piping system completion, clearing punch list items
· Client QC and sub-cons on effective implementation of Quality activities
· Review Quality Manual, Inspection Test Plan (ITP), Welding Procedure Specification (WPS)
· Witness NDT such as UT, MT & PT performed by NDT companies.
· Review Test Pack & Witness Hydrostatic testing.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Quality / Mechanical Engineering or other relevant discipline
- 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in Quality Inspector / NDT for drilling tools
- Possess NDT Level II certification in MT, UT & PT is a plus
