- Knowledge of M&E works and relevant construction processess
- Able to plan project programme schedule
- Conversant with Local code of practice
- Strong in communication and problem solving skills
- Attend site meetings with clients, consultants and relevant authorities
- Knowledge of autocad software
- Attend Test & comissioning of M&E installation works
