- Welcome the guests at the entrance and lead them to their table
- Ability to create and articulate the menu to the guests
- Process the food orders and operate a cash register; replenish stocks, polish cutlery and complete other assigned tasks
- Assist with table setup, and promptly clear used dishes to facilitate smooth service.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in all service areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Maintain a positive and teamwork-oriented attitude while working with colleagues.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety, cleanliness, and service standards.
- Required to assist in all other assigned duties.
