Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding for new hires.
- Handle employee relations issues, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions, in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Oversee performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback to employees.
- Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and market standards.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and promote a positive work environment.
- Manage HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and handling work pass applications.
- Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive work culture and boost employee morale.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Thorough knowledge of Singapore's labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in HR administrative tasks.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Certification in Human Resources is a plus.
