POSITION OVERVIEW :
Responsible for on-site and/or remote installation, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting and/or repair of Desktops, Notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals. Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative
And technical matters. Accountabilities includes:
POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :
• Reviews, troubleshoots and approves operational quality desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated Peripherals.
• Installs, maintains and optimizes desktop /notebook configurations at customer sites.
• Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems.
• Performs maintenance and repair services.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations which may impact Product performance.
• Established working knowledge and application of a specialized technical skill.
-Understands how work impacts results for their area.
-Demonstrates knowledge of internal operations and develops relationships to facilitate workflow.
• Applies specialized knowledge to coordinate day-to-day work.
-Knowledge of related regulations and standards.
-Strong understanding of current processes and procedures and may identify opportunities for improvement.
• Completes a wide range of tasks and assignments.
