- Attend to users' enquiries (walk-ins and phone calls) at the counter. Guide users on how to access library E-Services and E-Resources.
- Assist in retrieving of books and process for users to collect as well as books return at the smart lockers.
- Conduct regular patrols of the library to ensure users comply to the library’s policies.
- Check on users to ensure they are authorised library users.
- Monitor and inform users to keep noise level down to constantly maintain a conducive environment in the library.
Working Hours:
2 to 3 weekdays per week as per assigned from 5 pm – 9 pm
3 to 4 Saturdays per month from 1 pm – 5 pm
Pay per hour: $12 / hour
Requirements:
- GCE "O" , "A" or Diploma.
- Good customer service skills and IT saavy.
- 1 year working experience.
- Able to commit till 30 December 2024.
