Responsibilites:
• Lead a team of lift technicians for safe and efficient operations.
• Plan and schedule maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to minimize downtime.
• Respond quickly to lift breakdowns, troubleshoot, and implement preventive measures.
• Conduct regular lift inspections and tests to identify and fix issues.
• Supervise contractors for upgrades, ensuring projects meet standards and deadlines.
• Provide technical support for complex lift issues and address resident inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and inspections for regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve lift issues and improve service quality.
Requirements:
• At least 4 years’ relevant experience in engineering industry
• Good organizational, reporting and supervisory skills are essential
• Able to work on weekends
