As we expand our operations, we are looking for enthusiastic Parcel Delivery Drivers in the Bishan area, to become part of our dedicated team.
Job Description:
As a Parcel Delivery Driver, you play a vital role in our logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of parcels to our customers' doorsteps. This position is perfect for those who enjoy being active and outdoors.
Applicants who demonstrate potential and prove themselves in the field can expect to be trained and placed in middle management positions in any of our 27 distribution points island-wide.
Responsibilities:
- Perform basic vehicle check, tank up, and prep vehicle for handing over to 2nd team after shift (vehicle cannot be driven home).
- Perform sorting, labelling, scanning and packing of in-bound parcels.
- Deliver parcels within assigned neighbourhood beat.
- Manage delivery times efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Use our mobile app to submit Proof of Deliveries (PODs)
- Provide excellent customer service, handling customer queries and concerns with professionalism.
- Maintain a positive company image and service standards during deliveries.
Requirements:
- Clean Class 3 driving liscence.
- Pleasant personality, patient and able to work in a 2-man team.
- Male / Female.
- Living in Bishan or vicinity.
- Have an Android phone.
- Able to read, and communicate in simple English.
- Physically fit and able to lift some loads of between 20kg – 40kg.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Friendly and customer-oriented with good communication skills.
What we offer:
- 5-day work week (Sunday + rostered off day).
- 2-day training.
- Overtime.
- 3-month probation salary of $2,500.00 a month (with CPF contribution).
- Candidates who are confirmed after 3 months will receive a monthly salary of $2,700.00.
- Monthly handphone allowance of $50.00
- KPI allowance of $150.00
- 10 days annual leave.

Work details:
- Location: Bishan (work in 2 member teams).
- Days: Mondays to Saturdays.
- Timing: 8am to 5pm
