Job Responsibilities:
- Manage 180 end-to-end recruitment process
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through various channels.
- Conduct phone calls and online interviews with potential candidates.
- Manage job offers and negotiations.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Job Requirements:
- Must have CEI license
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Sales or Hospitality would be an advantage.
