Your Role
Project Manager
As a Project manager, you are expected to the end-responsible, leading in your field of expertise in customer and internal engagements and as such recognised and appreciated by customers & internally.
Your Responsibilities
a. Involve in engagements with a variety of customers and industries for ECM implementations.
b. Involve in delivering projects, meeting both internal financial and operational targets as well as contractual requirements.
c. Deliver projects on time, with quality and within budget – actively managing scope and requirements.
d. Conduct a cost-benefit analysis and develop a business plan.
e. Evaluate and address external and internal business environment changes for impact on project scope.
f. Assess consolidated project plans for dependencies, gaps and continued business value.
g. Estimate budgetary needs based on project scope and anticipate future budget challenges.
h. Plan and manage project compliance requirements, changes, issues and risks, closures and backlog.
i. Conduct project reviews to recommend changes to project schedules, cost or resource requirements.
j. Facilitate discussions, problem-solving and conflict resolution.
k. Manage project budget, work allocations, manpower and resourcing needs for the team.
About you
Your Knowledge, Skills and Qualification
a. Preferably a tertiary qualification in any discipline. A bachelor's degree in computer science, Accountancy, or Business admin will be advantageous.
b. Ideally you possess complementary technical knowledge and/or are familiar with ECM and other IT technologies such as web services and web frontends (JavaScript,.Net), interfaces and integrations, and database technologies (SAP, Oracle, MS SQL). Additional infrastructure experience (OS, virtualization and load balancing) is a further advantage.
c. Good problem-solving, analytical, synthesis, system thinking and solutioning skills.
d. Project management skills.
Your Experience
a. You should have past experience in all facets of project management activities such as scope management (incl. change requests), risk management, stakeholder management, project communications, etc.
b. Strong integration working experience with other SAP modules.
c. You have experience in different industries in Singapore.
d. You have experience in at least 2 cycles of end-to-end implementations.
e. Strong Business knowledge and ability to interact with business users.
f. Effective communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
g. Independent with strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure.
h. Related professional/technical qualifications will be a plus although not mandatory.
i. Experience in OpenText Content Suite is highly advantageous.
j. Project Management Certifications such as PMP or related certifications are advantageous.
