Responsibilities:
- Supervise and plan construction activities to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Manage material selection and purchasing for construction.
- Ensure site work complies with safety regulations, client requirements, and standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and other necessary documents.
- Attend and document meetings with clients and subcontractors.
- Resolve discrepancies with consultants and other parties.
- Address technical issues and challenges that arise.
- Support the Project Manager in coordinating project activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in construction site work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD, and familiarity with Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical skills and resourcefulness.
- Comprehensive understanding of site management methods.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and interact with individuals at various organizational levels.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required.
