Responsibilities:
• Able to perform business development by actively engaging new and existing accounts and services
• Fulfill the client's staffing needs by performing searches through the company web portal, jobs portal, advertisements, referrals, and networking
• Conduct interviews of selected candidates and conduct screening thru phone or interviews.
• Develop and establish a good working relationship with existing accounts
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in any discipline
• Min 2 years of sales experience in any industry
• Good communications skills and experience in cold calling
• CEI Basic Cert
