Customer Service Executive – Outbound Call Center (Insurance)

As a Customer Service Executive in our outbound call center, you will play a crucial role in delivering product updates and information to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers to provide product updates and information following a prescribed script and FAQ.
  • Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, actively listening to their needs and concerns.
  • Understand customers' needs and provide quick, accurate, and satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
  • Achieve individual and team performance KPIs and goals.
  • Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow-up of all interactions with customers.

The successful Customer Service Executive must possess success in making outbound calls, engage with customers professionally and achieve performance targets while maintaining high standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound call centers.
  • Preferred background in insurance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills.
  • A good team player with the ability to multitask and meet stringent service standards.
  • Meticulous in documentation and fulfillment work.
  • High level of integrity, taking accountability for work and demonstrating good teamwork.
  • Proactive in improving current processes and adaptable to embracing new changes.
