As the Director of Pre-Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement through qualification, solution development, and proposal pitching. You will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of technology strategies and solutions to support business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Business Development Team to qualify customer needs, design proposals, and follow opportunities until closure.
- Contribute to all business and technical discussions with customers and partners to define the best solutions for addressing customer challenges.
- Develop engagement strategies to solve specific customer challenges.
- Design solutions that address client business problems and meet their technical requirements.
- Lead and coordinate complex RFP proposals with other team members and business units.
- Maintain and report customer opportunities and actions in the CRM tool.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of extensive experience in a Presales role with a proven track record of driving innovation and delivering technology solutions.
- Proven experience interacting with C-level executives and the ability to qualify business and technical challenges while articulating value propositions.
- Hands-on experience in building proposals for large deals.
- Strong knowledge of technology trends, including cloud computing, data, and digital transformation, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the industry.
- Cloud and data platform certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, AliCloud, Oracle, IBM, Snowflake, Databricks, Dataiku) are highly advantageous.
