Job Description:
Successful candidates will perform general duties of a Driver, working closely with project leads to ensure smooth delivery of materials and equipment to various project site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate Class 4 prime mover vehicles to transport materials, equipment, and supplies to designated location
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure roadworthiness
• Load and unload cargo, securing items properly to prevent damage during transit
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery times
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, and project managers to coordinate logistics and ensure timely deliveries
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on vehicles, such as checking oil levels, tire pressure, and brake systems.
• Report any accidents, incidents, or mechanical issues promptly to the appropriate authorities
Qualification:
• Possess Class 4 driver's license with accident-free and clean driving record
• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating Class 4 prime mover vehicles
• Must be able to work overtime and on weekends
Benefits:
• $2,000 - $$4,000 depends on work experience
