This position manages product development projects, focusing on delivering a product through the design process to the finished product state, from initiation through delivery. The role involves working on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The individual will determine methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate team activities. The candidate must be confident and articulate when presenting to stakeholders and management. The role may involve leading cross-functional teams and managing their deliverables. Active participation and contribution in the Agile process to drive project results through collaboration is required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Science or equivalent engineering.
- Minimum of 8 years in a Hardware or Firmware Engineering background.
- Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or other PM Certification preferred.
- Certified Functional Safety IEC61508 and Cybersecurity IEC-62443-4-1/-2 certifications will be advantageous.
- Certified Agile, SAFe, or relevant experience will be advantageous.

- Good analytical skills, addressing complex initiatives creatively and effectively.
- Experience working in cross-functional, cross-business, and cross-cultural environments.
- Experience in product development, regulatory & compliance, and environmental processes.
- Proven record of leading multiple teams, partnering with management to resolve conflicts, and obtaining resources for projects.
- Effective communication and presentation skills with stakeholders.
- Proven ability to direct resources, plan project activities, and balance financial budgets.
- Manage and control project scope, schedule, budget, risk mitigation, development process compliance, validation/verification, certification, qualification, industrialization, and production release during product development.
- Provide technical support in engineering reviews.
- Recognize and anticipate barriers to completing assigned work/projects.
- Drive and own preventive initiatives for programs/projects.
- Focus on streamlining methods for increased efficiencies and competencies.
- Work effectively with cross-functional departments and partners to achieve program/project goals.
