Responsibilities
- Coordinate mechanical and electrical works with consultants and sub-contractors on-site.
- Oversee all related M&E issues on-site.
- Provide guidance to supervisors regarding M&E works, ensure progress aligns with the schedule, maintain quality and safety standards, conduct site inspections, and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Assist the Project Manager in coordinating project management activities.
- Ensure the timely preparation of method statements, project progress reports, and other documentation.
Job Requirements
- Minimum degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering, or a relevant qualification.
- At least 5 years of experience working on M&E projects.
- Dynamic and motivated personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Projects, PowerPoint, and MS Office software.
