The Job
Business Management (50%)
- Involve in strategic initiatives by performing research and gathering information
(internal & external) to identify potential opportunities. - Manage project through different life cycle stages including initiation, planning,
execution, monitoring, and post project optimization. - Track business/initiative progress, highlight areas of success and identify stagnant
areas or roadblocks. - Coordinate business related reviews, identify areas for improvements and
implement enhanced processes. - Assist Business Management to monitor Front Office controls; and ensure all
projects/remediations are tracked and completed timely. - Drive process improvements.
- Staff engagement activities.
Data Analytics (50%)
- Assist in regular and ad-hoc reporting on financial, pipeline, progress and business
- activities and preparation of slides and reports for management consumption.
- Using data to streamline review processes for efficiency gains.
The Talent
- Possesses related finance undergraduate / postgraduate background
- Strong IT and Microsoft office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Any of the following technical skills will be useful: Power BI, SQL
- Possess strong analytical mindset, ability to analyse and translate research and information into insights and recommendations for business
- Good organizational skills including multitasking skills and time management
- Stakeholder management, able to communicate well with multiple stakeholders across different levels
- Attention to details and ability to identify gaps and areas for improvement
- Team player and willing to take up ad-hoc projects
- Willing to work hard and multi-task, with positive attitude to learn
- Ability to thrive in fast pace environment
