Responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Proactive sourcing of suitable candidates via different platforms.
- Screening, interviewing and shortlisting potential candidates to match with the client requirements.
- Expand new clients base through business development/cold calling.
- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with clients and candidates.
- Negotiate terms & offers between clients/companies and successful candidates.
- Any ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- CEI (Basic) certified will be added advantage.
- Perferably 1 year of proven track records in recruitment sales or any sales experiences.
- Training will be provided for candidates without relevant experience.
- Prior experience in cold calling preferred.
- Comfortable with cold calling to expand clients base.
- Confident, sales driven and results oriented.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
