Responsibilities
· Coordinate and lead project planning sessions, defining the roadmap for project development and execution.
· Manage staffing and resource allocation, including internal teams and external vendors, to optimize project success.
· Define project objectives and scope, working collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and address potential roadblocks.
· Conduct a comprehensive risk analysis to identify potential obstacles and proactively develop mitigation strategies to minimize costs and delays.
· Create a detailed project schedule, outlining project parameters, milestones, and a realistic budget.
· Conduct periodic reviews of project scope, schedule, and costs, utilizing industry best practices to identify and implement necessary adjustments.
· Monitor project performance throughout execution, measuring progress against established baselines and taking corrective actions as needed.
· Manage client and stakeholder expectations through clear communication, maintaining productive and collaborative relationships.
· Oversee project documentation, ensuring all deliverables are comprehensive, accurate, and meet project requirements.
Skills/Requirement
8+ years of total experience with a minimum of 5 years in Project Management positions.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience managing and motivating project teams.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
Experience with MX.3 or other financial software upgrades.
Knowledge of Murex solutions a strong plus.
