Location: Tai Seng
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Work hours: 8.30am-5.30pm
Work Schedule: Hybrid (2-3 days in office)
Headcount: 7000 globally with 50+ TA in the Global TA Team; 80% engineering roles, 20% corporate roles
Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume, complex candidate interviews including travel and accommodations as needed
- Host candidates and ensure the onsite interview process is flawless
- Partner with recruiters to ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
- Manage, quality check, and maintain data integrity in our ATS and our job postings, career pages on various social media sites, and other outlets
- Identify opportunities for improving recruiting operations and process
- Help manage background check process steps as needed, in eligible countries
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a recruiting coordinator position is highly preferred
- Experience in Workday, ATS is an added advantage
