Min Qualifications / Experience:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience
Job Skills Required:
Good knowledge of material specifications and production process
Responsible for/authorised to:
a) Responsible for estimation work and quotations.
b) Co-ordinate and liaise with customer, contractor and internal departments.
c) Supervise, check and guide the Proposal Engineers in their work
d) Responsible for price data and information collection and analysis.
e) Initiate and conduct project kick-off meeting
