Job Description
- Manage orders from various digital platforms holistically, including website, e-commerce official online channels (eg, Lazada, Shopee, etc)
- Process website and e-commerce orders and update transactions in our in-house system and excel
- Daily retail operations are subject but not limited to tagging of prices, quality control of incoming goods, dispatching inbound merchandize to retail stores, and also end-to-end order fulfillments through 3PL for local and international customers.
- Develop streamlined processes for picking, packing and shipping.
- Establish robust processes for resolving customer order fulfillment inefficiencies, technology, and infrastructural plans
- Other related duties as assigned by the direct supervisor
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Operations Lead in a store management environment, preferably in the retail industry
- Proficient in retail store management principles.
- Tech-savviness in POS/Warehouse and MS Office applications
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
