As a Business Development Executive, you will
- Manage your defined market and customers and meet company target for sales and profit growth
- Identify customer needs, maintain close tabs on customers’ organisation changes/goals in order to identify new sales opportunities
- Build long term customer loyalty and preference by working with internal functions to maintain company service levels. Look for opportunities to make a difference.
- Create a strong market presence by maintaining high standards of professionalism, and emphasizing value to customer
- Act as the voice of customer to internal functions to improve company service levels
- Maintain competitive intelligence of competitors’ products and offerings
- Conduct market research and study the dynamic of the e-commerce and launch new business initiatives and revenue stream
- Devise a Go-to-Market strategy and operationalise a Market Launch plan accompanied with a details financial budget.
- Establish and develop external partnership deals to accelerate market growth.
- Cold call as appropriate within the region to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging your network
- Perform other forms of ad-hoc matters assigned by the company.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ experience working in the manpower outsourcing, Aviation, BPO or relevant.
- You must be able to demonstrate previous successes in sales, customer relationship scenarios.
- Proficient in MS office
- Possess good analytical and numerical skills with strong business acumen
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Ability to manage tight timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English

- You should possess a sharp business acumen and be customer oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work independently as well as in a team will be required.
- Attend networking session as and when required
- Perform market research to understand the various industries
- Develop new clients and maintain existing clients
- Perform cold calling will be the basic to cultivating new clients
- Where necessary, help the team to drive the entire sales process and close the deal: prioritize and target top accounts, identify solutions, negotiate product pricing and contracts, close the sale.
