About the Role
Our client, A non-profit organization in Singapore is seeking a mid-level music composer to create a cover version of Cyndi Lauper's "Time After Time" for a 45-second TV commercial. This project requires a composer who can work for more than a week. The composition will be used across various media platforms in Singapore for up to one year.
Responsibilities:
- Compose and produce a cover version of "Time After Time" by Cyndi Lauper
- Adapt the song to fit a 45-second commercial format
- Ensure the composition aligns with the client's vision and commercial objectives
- Arrange and record all necessary instrumental and vocal parts
- Proven experience as a mid-level music composer, particularly in creating commercial music
- Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to create high-quality cover versions and adaptations
- Proficiency in music production software and techniques
- Excellent understanding of music arrangement and adaptation for short-form content
