- Organize and lead Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) meetings, conduct site inspections, perform audits, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Lead and implement SHE initiatives and programs to enhance the safety culture among the workforce, ensuring compliance with safety standards and government regulations.
- Coordinate and organize safety training sessions, promotions, and awareness campaigns to educate and inform employees.
- Prepare and submit safety reports in accordance with company policies.
- Conduct, review, maintain, and update risk assessments to comply with the current Workplace Safety and Health Act (WSHA) requirements.
- Ensure all operations adhere to Workplace Safety and Health/Environmental Control regulations and statutory requirements.
- Conduct investigations of incidents and accidents, maintaining proper documentation of all safety records.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- 1 years experience in Logistics or similar industry
- Immediate starter is preferred
