Job Description
- Support the project team in the purchase of equipment, materials, and services
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities
- Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and other procurement documents
- Coordinate with suppliers in pricing and to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Assist in the management of supplier relationships
- Assist in the development of procurement strategies and policies
- Research potential suppliers and products
- Assist in equipment inspections and registrations
Job Requirement
- Prefer 2 years of experience in procurement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Able to start immediately or within a short notice period
- Candidate will be based at office
