Job Description:-
- To establish step by step manufacturing processes (Lot-Traveler creation) to improve work efficiency and enhance product quality for new project
- To analyze and manage non-conforming parts on the production line, collaborating with the purchasing and QA departments to resolve the claiming process with the supplier
- Updating in-house documents, jigs, and fixtures related to Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
- Proactively coordinating with production teams, monitoring progress and adjusting schedules as needed to meet delivery deadlines
- Providing training and guidance to production staff to ensure that they are proficient in system rack assembly techniques, quality standards, and safety procedures
- Willingness to engage in hands-on assembly tasks on the production line as required.
- Any other other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirement:-
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/ Manufacturing/ Mechanical), or related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of related manufacturing /boxbuild and rack assembly experience will be given prior consideration
- SAP know-how and experience is preferred
- Ability to use analytical skills and a "hands-on" person
- Good interpersonal skills, proactive and work well with others
- Able to define requirement for interdisciplinary teams and identify suitable system parameters
- Team player, systematic and result oriented
- Competency in MS Office/google app sheet applications
