Job scope:
- Handle day-to-day operations for key accounts including order processing invoicing and reporting
- Liaise with customers and internally to ensure material availability and fulfill shipment
- Follow up and update customers their order and or delivery statuses to ensure on-time delivery to customers
- Work closely with internal teams to solve problems and respond to customer requests and questions
- Able to work under pressure (especially during month end)
Requirements:
- Possess minimum GCE 'N' or O' level, Diploma in any discipline
- Candidates with no experience can apply
- Diligent, flexible, good communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external customers.
- Ability to multitask and adaptable to changes
- Must be independent, possess good follow up skills, meticulous and mature team player
- Knowledge of basic Microsoft Excel functions e.g. v-lookup, pivot table
