- Maintain compliance with contracts and regulatory requirements within the designated area of responsibility.
- Foster a positive relationship with the customer and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Advocate for company services at the managerial and headquarters level.
- Coordinate and monitor retrofit campaigns alongside the technical department.
- Assist the Customs Manager in enforcing customs and transport regulations.
- Report and escalate issues to direct and cross-functional management, including the GM, CEO, Strategic Partnership, Finance, and Sales teams.
Requirements:
- Degree in Aviation/Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of Logistics Management/Customer Service experience in the Aviation/Aerospace industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft excel and SAP
