- Position Title: Technical Sales Engineer
- Working Location: Woodlands
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic up to $6,500 + Commission + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve or exceed a minimum monthly sales target of $100,000, using a three-month average for fluctuation adjustments.
- Assist in servicing customers by conceptualizing machine processes and drafting proposals and quotations.
- Support the Project Manager in capacity planning to ensure project timelines are met, using a Master Project Schedule.
- Monitor projects to ensure goods are delivered on time.
- Engage in new business development initiatives across various industries.
- Manage public relations activities, including liaison with overseas partners and customers.

- Diploma or higher in any discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Automation Machines.
- Proficiency in CAD software and common Microsoft software is essential.
- Willingness to travel frequently as required.
- Possession of a Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
- Owning a vehicle is preferred, with car allowances provided.
