Job Summary:
The HR and Admin Assistant will be responsible for managing HR operations and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the HR and Admin department. This role includes recruiting, employee onboarding, performance management, office management, handling correspondence and maintaining records & etc.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle general admin tasks.
- Recruitment and onboarding.
- Manage employee related issues.
- Oversee office supplies and inventory management.
- Maintain accurate records of company documents and administrative files and etc.
- Ensure all documents are filed and stored properly for easy retrieval.
- Providing support for other HR and administrative matters and performing ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' level.
- Proven experience as an HR and Admin Assistant or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and multi-task efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
