Job Description

- Position Title: Admin Assistant cum Accounts
- Working Location: Tuas
- Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri (8.15 am – 5.30 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general office administrative tasks.
- Keep good records of the company documentation.
- Process invoices, handling accounts, and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Accurately enter data into software, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Attending incoming calls and emails from customers or clients.
- Printing and filing documents (e.g. tax invoices, bank statements, invoice issued, etc.)
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.

- Min GCE O-Level or above.
- Competent with MS Office and computer literacy.
- Prior work experience with administrative/ accounting is an added advantage.
