SWIMWERKS & ITS SUBSIDIARIES ARE LOOKING FOR a HR Ops executive or senior executive with great interest, knowledge & passion for Human Resource and Recruitment, who have goals and are career-driven, and who have what it takes to be an outstanding performer.
Responsibilities:
Employee Onboarding and Offboarding
- Manage the end-to-end process of employee onboarding, including induction, training schedules, and orientation.
- Handle offboarding processes, including exit interviews, clearance procedures, and feedback collection.
Compliance and Record Keeping
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain employee records and documentation accurately.
Employee Relations
- Foster a positive work environment, Implement and support employee engagement initiatives and activities.
- Assist in disciplinary actions and investigations.
Policy and Procedure Management
- Development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Communicate policies to employees and ensure adherence.
- Support & track performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
Strategic HR Planning
- Develop and Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's goals.
- Identify process gaps and drive improvement for the department.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve project goals.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Manage job postings and advertisements on various platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in the interview process and follow up with candidates.
Training and Development
- Organize and coordinate training sessions for employees.
- Track training attendance and feedback.
- Assist in identifying training needs
Reporting and Analytics
- Collect and analyze HR data to support decision-making.
- Provide insights and reports on key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, hiring statistics, and employee engagement levels.
- Generate and analyze HR reports for management.
Compensation & Benefits
- Coordinate payroll processes and resolve payroll issues.
- Administer employee benefits programs and address related queries.
Budget Management
- Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective HR operations.
Administrative Support
- Any other administrative duties assigned by the company.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven working experience as a HR Executive
- People oriented and results driven
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
