Senior Support Executive (cyber security)

  • Analyse and resolve technical issues related to cyber security, providing clear communication and effective solutions.
  • Maintain standards and controls to ensure data protection
  • Provide expert technical consulting and advice to clients on cyber security best practices and system improvements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their security needs are met and exceeded.
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries and fault resolution requests, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations.
  • Engage in complex technical problem solving across multiple technologies, including but not limited to, network security, endpoint protection, and threat detection systems.
  • Establish and maintain corporate information security policies, standards, guidelines, baselines, and practices to protect the integrity and confidentiality of information.
  • Proactively identify compliance-related issues to mitigate security risks, addressing gaps in control design and effectiveness, while seeking continuous improvement opportunities.
