Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and cook meals according to restaurant recipes and standards
- Follow proper cooking techniques and sanitation practices
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient operation
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines including HACCP
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cook in a similar environment
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Certification from a culinary school or equivalent experience is a plus
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
