- General Quantity Surveying duties such as pre/post contract duties, taking-off quantities, cost control,etc
- Pre-contract functions involve estimating project costs, cost planning, and control, preparing tender documents, value engineering, contract documentation and other pre-contract related activities
- Post-contract functions involving progress payment valuation and recommendation, valuation of variations, settlement of variation claim with contractors, settlement of final account and other post related activities
- Any other duties as assigned by the Company
