What You’ll Do
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements
- Champion Agile methodologies while demonstrating strong proficiency in Waterfall approaches, ensuring a smooth transition between project management styles
- Own User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across multiple applications, fostering collaboration between diverse stakeholders to ensure a successful launch
- Utilize your in-depth banking product management experience to champion product initiatives and drive successful outcomes
- Possess extensive knowledge of business analysis techniques and requirements gathering tools, ensuring clear and concise documentation
What Will Make You Shine
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science preferred.
- Minimum 9 years of relevant experience
- Be self-empowered and know when to escalate issues appropriately.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities.
- Experience working in a multinational company with on and offshore resources and familiarity with complex integrated systems.
- Exceptional analytical, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills as well as relationship management skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate and work with project team members and stakeholders located globally to ensure success of project.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet delivery deadlines.
