Roles & Responsibilities
· Receiving and confirming walk-in, telephonic, and online reservations.
· Greeting guests as they enter, and putting them on a waiting list as necessary.
· Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions.
· Assigning guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind.
· Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service.
· Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them.
· Be well-versed in our menu and products.
· Helping out with other positions in the restaurant as needed.
· Adhere to hygiene and safety standards
· Adhere to the company’s standard operating procedures
· Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned
Working Hours: 6 days work week, including weekends & PH.
