Description
This role is standalone in the APAC region but will collaborate closely with the People and Culture team at our corporate office in the US. The position requires a strong background in all HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, onboarding, talent acquisition, and payroll management. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional capable of developing and implementing HR strategies to support our diverse team in the APAC region.
Essential Functions
- Implement Regional HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, onboarding, and payroll management.
- Oversee the full cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
- Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming integration into the company.
- Administer payroll for the region, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local tax and labor laws.
- Provide strategic HR guidance and support to senior management and team leaders across the region.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across different countries in the APAC region.
- Drive cultural initiatives that foster a positive and engaging work environment.
- Lead change management initiatives and support organizational development.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage and recommend solutions to employee relations matters.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees at all levels, promoting a positive and supportive workplace culture.

- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices across the APAC region.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages spoken in the APAC region being an advantage.

Requirements
Education and/or Experience and Physical Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- A minimum of 5-8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a regional role covering the APAC region.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time during the shift.
- Finger, wrist and hand dexterity with repetitive motion
