Job Responsibilities:
· Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory compliance documents
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate records, including minutes and resolutions, in compliance with local governance regulations.
· Coordinate and schedule board and committee meetings according to Singaporean business practices, ensuring a seamless process for our clients.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies specific to the Singapore market.
Qualifications:
· Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Corporate Governance, or a related field.
· 1+ year of experience in corporate secretarial functions
· Familiarity with local corporate governance regulations in Singapore.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-service mindset.
