PM Group is currently looking for a QA/QC MEP Manager to support alongside with our client in delivering one of the largest project of its kind in Singapore.
Your day to day role would involve the following activities:
- Responsible for Quality Assurance review and performing constructability reviews of interim design package submittals.
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive quality audit plan of design, procurement, construction and testing activities in accordance with any necessary guidelines.
- Developing and maintaining a database of quality audits and field quality surveillance reports to document the effectiveness of design-build contractors quality plan throughout design and construction.
- Evaluating the progress of construction and ensure the corrective action is implemented to resolve problems or field related construction issues.
- Conducting routine quality program meetings with design-build contractor and program management staff to report on quality progress.
- Assisting in the development of special procedures for construction testing and inspection.
- Assisting in the close-out, certification and system commissioning.
- Directing functional responsibilities and work schedules of quality assurance personnel.
We would like to hear from candidates who have:
- Degree in Mechanical or any other engineering discipline is required
- At least 10 years of experience working on mission critical and/or large-scale industrial facilities
