*Main duties:*
Here are some of the key duties for this role:
· Gentle handling and restrain of patients to help in their triage and check up
. Help with husbandry and general cleaning of the patients and clinic
. Assist with taking and facilitating sending of lab samples and blood tests
· Attend to incoming enquiries and triage on patient's medical conditions on phone and Whatapp
· Assist with admissions/treatment as per protocols
. Provide lots of love and attention to patients
*Requirements:*
· Animal lover
· Good communication skills, fluent in spoken & written English
· Knowledge in animal health care or relevant working experience is an advantage. Training will be provided.
· Responsible, good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
