RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide Salesforce administrator support, focusing on the Lighting version.
  • Act as a liaison between the business units and the application support team, collaborating closely with technical architects.
  • Collaborate with the application support team and vendors to deliver timely support to users, addressing issues, queries and enhancements across the multiple countries.
  • Engage with users and application support team to gather and analyse requirements, proposing solutions that align with business processes and meet functional needs.
  • Ensure standardization across countries while continuously identifying ways to enhance system capabilities and functionalities.
  • Lead automation and digitalization projects, working alongside users, the application support team, and vendors.
  • Validate functionality with developers and facilitate user acceptance testing.
  • Coordinates releases and provide post Go-Live support, including preparing training documentation and conducting training sessions.
  • Stay informed about periodic application releases, advising both the application support team and business stakeholders on relevant enhancements and features.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Previous experience as a Salesforce system administration is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with project lifecycle methodologies.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to new features and updates within Salesforce.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to effectively manage stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-driven with positive attitude and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent time management skills, capable of efficiently prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
