Location: Shenzhen, China
Salary: S$ 5,000 - S$ 8,000 (Gross Inclusive Overseas Allowance: Flight, Transport, Accommodation, Meals) + AWS + VB
*Manufacturing industry background (Electronic Consumer Goods, Semi-conductor, OEM/ODM) is preferred
Responsibilities
- Analyze and manage quality requirements, anomalies, and progress tracking.
- Formulate quality improvement progress with stage goals and follow-up on achievement.
- Monitor quality development approvals and acknowledgments.
- Risk management and coordination of customer complaints.
- Integrate market information and competitor intelligence.
- Negotiate rules for line acceptance.
- Follow up on process issues related to FATP stages.
Qualification:
- More than 5 years of experience in project quality management.
- Opportunity to be expat based 85% deployment in China.
- Ability to independently conduct meetings with foreign clients and deliver presentations.
- Experience in dealing with foreign clients preferred.
- Background in engineering or project management, with experience in new product development preferred.
