- Handle clients' enquiries and provide insurance advice on quotations, renewals and other requests.
- Identify the clients’ insurance needs and prompt delivery of solutions.
- Maintain close relationship with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
- Process commercial insurance claims and prepare documents related to transacted business.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline with CGI certificate.
- At least 2 years of handling general insurance & corporate insurance experience.
- Proactive, meticulous and customer service oriented.
