Permanent Position starting with 3 year Direct Contract under a Statutory Board
Location: Islandwide
Salary: Basic up to $3,600 + AWS + VB
Working hours: 5-day work-week (1 weekday off, 1 weekend off), on rostered shifts (Morning/Afternoon)
Job Responsibilities:
Customer Support
- Co-ordinates collection and collation of information on customers and ensures that customer database is updated.
- Leverages on IT system to enhance customer experience.
- Initiates marketing / promotion efforts to develop and promote courses to meet targets set.
- Assists in organising community outreach and projects, including sub-group activities.
- Provides information and handles enquiries on services to the general public.
- Meets Service Standards at all times.
Administrative Support
- Assists in preparing/ dispatching minutes of meeting.
- Compiles the statistics for reporting.
- Assists in reviewing and evaluating the relevance of all courses
- Performs administrative duties
- Invites nominees to the monthly meetings to allow the stakeholders to observe and assess the suitability of the nominees to attain membership.

- Min. Diploma holder in any relevant field of study
- Prior experience in Customer Service
- Possesses a pleasant and positive personality, an aptitude for service work and be able to work with people of different backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently and in a team effectively.
