Overview of Role
- Part time Admin Assistant
- Department: Clinic
- Work Location: 235 Yishun Street 21, Singapore 760235
- Working Hours: 6 day work week
- Timings and Days: Monday to Friday 4 30pm to 8 30pm; Alternate Saturdays 10 30am to 3 30pm
The Admin Assistant Role
- Attend to walk-in patients by greeting them and offering them assistance, including responding to patient enquiries and promoting products
- Manage incoming patient inquiries through phone calls
- Responding efficiently to patient inquiries and providing accurate and complete information
- Manage appointment bookings, including following up with patients and giving reminder calls
- Update administrative data in Clinico and maintain records of such data, including general record keeping and filing duties
- Carry out all administrative duties
- Medicine stock checking
- File documents
- Manage basic house keeping
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Skill Requirements
- Proficient in using Clinico (Training will be provided)
- Carry out administrative duties efficiently
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Friendly, sincere and responsible
- Patient and hardworking
Other Requirements
- Responsible and able to work independently by fulfilling all duties assigned efficiently
- Minimum education: Diploma
- Preferably able to start work immediately or on short notice
Salary: $10/ hr
