about the job
This position requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to autonomously manage customer service requests. In this role, you will handle order processing using the SAP system, manage communication with customers, and coordinate with your counterparts at the manufacturing plants regarding orders, amendments, and transport issues. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating product prices in SAP, handling customer data, and addressing technical inquiries and sample requests. Additionally, you will manage complaints, archive relevant documents, and follow up on shipments.
skills and experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP, along with excellent English communication skills, is essential.
