Responsibilities
- Supporting Sales Team with ongoing existing customer compliance list requirements such as KYC, Supplier Due Diligence Compliance list, Supplier sustainability compliance, Supplier onboarding documents and Supplier Finance statements.
- Supporting Sales Team for RFP & RFI responses, working with internal stakeholders for technical and compliance matters.
- Follow up with customers’ request to support the AE on One time charge, Custom part Labour installation and material requests.
- Follow up with customers’ request to support the AE including budgetary quotation (especially basic services like interconnections).
- Supporting Sales Team on coordination and following up on termination and renewal request.
- Supporting Sales Team with SFDC usage leading to the generation of Sales Order Forms.
Skills
- Post-secondary or equivalent qualification, preferably in IT/Technology related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Admin / Quote Support, preferably in IT/Telco/Data Center industries.
- Salesforce, Excel and Power Point knowledge and experience is required.
- Able to communicate fluently in spoken and written English and be customer focused.
- Able to handle urgencies and be adaptive in a fast-paced environment.
